1 lb lump crab meat
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1 T mayonnaise
1T chopped parsley
1T baking powder
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 egg beaten
2 slices bread with crust removed

Directions:

Mix Old Bay, mayonnaise .egg and other seasonings together then add bread pieces.Gently stir in crab meat., shape into 4 patties. Broil for 10 minutes or fry until golden brown

I have used the recipe off of the Old Bay Seasoning can for years. When I purchased a new can and used the recipe on the can and found it was different. I was lucky to have the old recipe written down. And I found that they replace Worcestershire sauce with prepared mustard and eliminated the baking powder.
