1 pint heavy cream
1 stick butter
2 T. cream cheese
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
In saucepan, combine butter, cream and cream cheese. Simmer until all are melted and mixed well. Add parmesan chees and garlic powder. Simmer 15-20 on low. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can easily double this recipe and I have used half and half or 2% milk and it still worked.
