1 cup sour cream
6 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons amaretto or vanilla
1 cup heavy cream

8 cups fresh strawberries

Mix sour cream, brown sugar and amaretto or vanilla in a bowl

In a separate bowl, whip cream until it starts to thicken and add sugar- whip
until thick, stiff peaks form.

Fold cream into sour cream mixture and blend well.

Serve with fresh berries.
