1 - 9” unbaked pastry shell
1 c brown sugar, packed
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c white corn syrup
2 T melted oleo
⅛ t salt
1½ c pecan halves
1 c heavy cream
1 T powdered sugar
1 T rum

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400°. Mix brown sugar, eggs, corn syrup, oleo and salt. Add pecans. Pour in 9” unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375° and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer. Serve with whipped cream made by whipping 1 cup heavy cream with 1 tablespoon powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon rum.
