2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa (or as much as you like)
*Optional to add Bailey's or Kahlua for extra flavor*

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and heat on high until it reaches boil. Then turn heat down to simmer and stir for 15 minutes. Take teaspoon size amounts and test in cold water until fudge forms a medium hard ball, then take off heat and put in freezer to cool. Let cool so it is no longer hot to the touch but still soft enough to stir. Remove from freezer and beat with spoon until almost hard, then spread on cookie sheet. Ready to serve.
