2 cups peanut butter (18 oz. jar)
1½ box confectioners sugar (5 cups)

Wax paper

Directions:
Mix margarine, peanut butter and confectioners sugar. Chill overnight.

Form dough into 1/2 inch balls or size of your choice.

In a double boiler melt chocolate and paraffin. When melted you are ready to dip balls. I use a toothpick in the top of each ball and place in chocolate mixture leaving a small amount of the ball uncovered. It looks like a buckeye nut. Then transfer to wax paper to dry.

I store them in a plastic container. If you don't eat them right away, you can put them in the refrigerator.

Personal Notes:
I have made buckeye candy at Christmas time for a lot of years. Steve really likes this candy. So I finally taught Steve and the boys how to make their own Buckeye Candy.
