1 lemon cake mix
1 cup apricot nectar
¾ cup cooking oil
4 eggs
½ cup sugar

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
small amount of apricot nectar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased Bundt pan. Cook for 1 hour. Turn out onto cake plate and drizzle glaze over cake.

Mix powdered sugar and apricot nectar together. Be sure not to use too much nectar or your glaze will be too runny.
