1 pkg. white cake mix
1 can eagle brand condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) can cream of coconut milk
1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip (thawed)
1 pkg. fresh coconut (you will find this in the refrigerated section)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Prepare cake and bake 30 minutes or until done.

While hot, stick holes in cake and pour mixture of milk and cream of coconut milk over cake. When cake is completely cool ice with cool whip and sprinkle coconut over cool whip.

This cake is very rich and very delicious. This is one of Wade's favorite cakes. I have been making this cake for him since the 1970's. And that was a long time ago!
