¾ lb. roast beef, finely ground
2 hard-boiled eggs, grated
½ medium onion, grated
3 T sweet pickle relish
2 stalks celery, grated
1 small can chopped black olives
salt and pepper to taste
mayonnaise, as needed

Mix well. Put in mold. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
