3/4 c sugar
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 c milk
1 egg, beaten
4 tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all together. Pour into greased mini-muffin tins. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes.
