1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 lb. butter
1 cup sugar
1 t. vanilla
3 (8 oz) cream cheese
4 eggs
1 pint sour cream
1 can your choice of pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add to crumbs and powdered sugar. Line bottom of springform pan and pat firmly.

Mix together sugar, vanilla, cream cheese and eggs Pour into uncooked crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven but do not turn off oven Spread sour cream over top of cake and return to oven for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool. When cool top with your choice of pie filling and refrigerate.
