DRY RUB:
1 c dark brown sugar
1/2 c granulated garlic
1/2 c kosher salt
1/2 c paprika
2 tbsp granulated onion
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp creole seasoning
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground red pepper
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground black pepper

10 lbs baby back ribs
1/2 c apple juice

SAUCE
2 small cans tomato paste
1 c apple cider vinegar
1 c dark brown sgar
2 tbsp minced dried onion
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp balck pepper
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry rub ingredients together. Remove membrane from ribs, and rub mix onto both sides of ribs. Cover with plastic, and leave in refrigerator for 8-24 hours.

Put all ribs in a large pan, pour 1/2 c. Apple juice over them, cook in 225º oven for 6-8 hours. Remove from pan, and reserve 2 c of drippings. At this point, you can refrigerate again, or place on grill to finish (AFTER you make sauce)

Mix all sauce ingredients in a pan, along with 2 c drippings, and heat to a boil over medium heat. Cool, then sauce can be refrigerated in a jar for up to a month.
