3 egg whites
1cup sugar
1cup broken nut meats
1cup crackers
1teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold in sugar, broken nut meats, crackers (crumbled not too fine) and vanilla.

Spread into an 8" or 10" pie pan.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool.

Cover with 1/2 pint whipping cream.(Whip and fold in 2 tbsp. of sugar and vanilla).

Set aside in refrigerator 4 hours or longer.
