4 green tomatoes
2 c Extra fine white corn meal
2 c vegetable oil
1/4 c Feta cheese crumbles

Balsamic Vinegar Sauce:
1 c Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Vinegar Sauce: Boil the vinegar over high heat to reduce the volume from 1 c to about 1/3 c, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and butter. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 6 months

Slice the tomatoes. Rinse in water and dredge in cornmeal. Fry in 350º oil until brown. Remove and drain on paper towel. Place on serving platter.

Drizzle the vinegar sauce over tomatoes. Sprinkle feta crumbles over top. Serve immediately
