3 lb. Fresh/Frozen Shrimp
1/2 C Salt
2 qt. Water
4 Large Bunches Curly Endive
1 2 1/2 ft. high Styrofoam cone
1 12X12X1 inch Styrofoam base
1 Wooden/plastic star for the top of the tree
1 Small Box Floral Pins or long toothpicks
Cocktail Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Starting at the bottom, arrange greens around Styrofoam tree. Add shrimp, cheese and tomatoes in rows around tree. Continue to the top.

Place in Styrofoam Base.

Serve with Cocktail Sauce.
