1 large onion
4 cups cooked gizzards
8 boiled eggs
1 tsp celery leaves
1 tsp fresh parsley
3 tsp brown mustard
3 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp accent
2 tsp garlic salt
3 pkgs. Knox gelatin
1/4 cup water
2 cups gizzard stock
2 T. chicken bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and gizzards, Save juice. Grind onion, gizzards and eggs together. Cut up celery and parsley. Add to ground mixture. Add spices. Dissolve gelatin in water. Heat stock and add bouillon and gelatin mixture. Cool. Mix all together and place in well greased bread tin or mold. Next day, take out and serve with crackers.
