2 strips bacon
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup shredded cheese
1/3 cup diced tomatoes
2 T. black olives, sliced
2 cups refried beans
1/2 tsp. taco seasoning
3/4 cup guacamole
1 T. fresh cilantro, chopped fine
2 T. green onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until done, add refried beans and cook slow for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix taco seasoning with sour cream and set aside. To build: Place bean mixture on platter. Add 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, cilantro, olives, green onions and remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.
