4lbs boston pork roast
5 cloves garlic
1 in. fresh ginger
whole black pepper or black pepper
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 soy sauce
2 Tbs sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
cut the pork into bite size remove some of the fat. Put it into a large pot and mixed all ingredients. Add crushed garlic, sliced ginger, bay leaf,vinegar, soy sauce and pepper. Simmer until meat is tender and almost all the juice are gone.
Stir it once in awhile, so it won't stick to one another .
Serve with white rice and green beans.
