1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups diced raw rubarb

Directions:

Mix together and pour into a greased pan.

over top spread mixed sugar cinnamon (1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon)

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done

Serve with whipping cram or ice cream
