2 pie crusts cut into 4 inch rounds (room Temperature

1/2 cup sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup pumpkin (can)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 teaspoon pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all of the ingredients above.
Pres dough rounds into muffin tins. Score bottoms with fork so won't bubble.
Add mixed ingredients to fill tins.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool.
