1lb hot Italian sausage
1lb sharp cheddar cheese grated
3c bisquick
3/4c water

Directions:
Directions:
Remove sausage casing & fry in skillet breaking it up into little pieces.
Drain off fat and put mixture into a large bowl, cool.
Add cheese & bisquick & mix well.
Add water, mix until well blended. Using a small to cookie scoop roll into balls.
Place on parchment lined cookie sheets 2" apart.
Bake at 400º 12-15 minutes until puffed and brown.
These freeze well.
Warm these before serving.
Great to have in the freezer . Thaw and serve.
