2 lbs. Ground Beef or Buffalo
2 lbs. Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage Meat
2 Onions, chopped
2 Green Peppers, chopped
1 c. Celery, chopped
4 Garlic Cloves
1 pkge. Mushrooms, chopped
1 can Chipotle Peppers, chopped
1 Jalapeno Pepper, chopped
2 cans+ Tomato Paste, add to desired thickness
1 can 16 oz. Tomatoes, undrained, coarsley chopped
4 cans Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
2 tbsp. Spaghetti or Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. Seasoning Salt
3 drops Hot Pepper Sauce
1 c. Water
Hot Cooked Spaghetti, according to package directions
Parmesan Cheese

Dutch Oven

In dutch oven, cook BEEF, ONIONS, GREEN PEPPERS, CELERY and GARLIC till meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain. Stir in MUSHROOMS, JALAPENOS, CHIPOTLE PEPPERS, TOMATO PASTE, TOMATOES, TOMATO SAUCE, WORCHESTERSHIRE, SPICES and WATER. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for at least 1 hour, stirring occassionally.

Makes lots of sauce, let cool to package and freeze extra.

Otherwise spoon over COOKED SPAGHETTI, serve with Garlic Toast and sprinkle with Parmesan.
