3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup oil
4 -6 apples with cinnamon and sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peal and slice apples for 2 layers. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Mix first 7 ingredients well.
Pour half of batter into well greased tube pan. Sprinkle with apples.
Add remaining batter and top with another layer of apples.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake 350 degrees for abut 1 1/2 hours.
