3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
one pie crust prepared but not cooked

Directions:

scald milk
mix rest of ingredients together with the scalded milk

You may want to sprinkle coconut on crust before baking.

Pour ingredients into pie shell.

Bake at 400º for 50 minutes.
