6 cans Petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1 large Green Pepper, chopped
1 large Sweet Onion, chopped
1/2 C White Distilled Vinegar
1 pouch Mrs. Wages Medium Salsa Mix


Directions:
Directions:
Sterilize canning jars, rings and lids.

Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, Mrs. Wages Salsa Mix and vinegar in a large non-reactive saucepan - (not aluminum). Bring mixture to a boil. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Pour hot salsa into clean pint canning jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Put lids on filled jars and tighten. Add jars to boiling water and process for 40 minutes. Carefully remove jars and allow them to sit undisturbed for 12 to 24 hours.
