Crust
2 c. Flour
1 c. Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. Butter, softened
1 c. Whole Pecans

Filling
2/3 c. Butter
1/2 Brown Sugar

Topping
1 c. Milk Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix flour, brown sugar and butter with mixer. Press into ungreased 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with whole pecans, in a saucepan over medium heat butter and brown sugar until all bubbles. Pour over crust and bake 18-22 minutes until it's all bubbly and crust golden brown. Immediately after removing from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips and let melt for 2-3 minutes and then swirl with spoon for marble effect. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
