Beets
1 T sugar
1 T vinegar
1 tsp coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and peel beets. Cut into chunks while hot and fill sterilized quart jar. Put rest of ingredients in jar. Cover with boiling water and seal. Process 1 hour in hot water bath.
