3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup chocolate morsels
8 large marshmallows (cut into quarters)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk, salt, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously until marshmallows melt. Pour into greased pan and cool.
