1 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup sour milk (2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar)
1/2 cup margarine 2 cups chopped ,floured rhubarb
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg beaten
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
Topping:
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine.
Add egg, beat well.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
Add milk,vanilla and rhubarb and mix well.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan..
Mix cinnamon,butter and brown sugar
Sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 350º for 35-45 min.

Can be frozen for later.
