3 Ripe Bananas

3/4 cup Honey or 1/4 c Stevia Blend

1/4 cup Butter melted

1/2 tsp baking soda

dash of salt

1 1/2 cups Flour (I use Gluten free of course now)

Some chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:

1. Mash bananas with fork

2. Add butter then baking soda, flour and honey.

3. Mix Well

4. add Chopped walnuts

5.Pour into lightly greased bread pan

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

This is basically the same recipe Darby and I used when she watched Sesame Street in the 80's. My favorite was "the Count" . We knew all the songs. Maria just retired this last year I believe 2015. Quite a run. What wonderful memories for that era of kids and young parents.
