1 small pkg. regular Oreos, crushed
1 1/2 sticks (3/4 c.) Butter or Margarine melted
1 c. Powdered Sugar
1 Large Cream Cheese, softened
1 12 oz Cool Whip
1 small Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 8 oz Cool Whip

In 9 x 13 pan mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press down into pan. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 12oz Cool Whip and spread over cookie crust. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Mix 1 small Instant Chocolate Pudding with milk and spread in pan. Let set in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Spread 8 oz Cool whip after pudding is well set. Can sprinkle cookie crumbs on top if desired. Keep refrigerated.
