2 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup yellow onions diced small
1/2 cup celery diced small
1/4 cup red pepper diced small
1/4 cup yellow pepper diced small
1# lump crab meat
1/4 cup green onion diced small
1/4 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese grated
3 tbsp. dry mustard
1 egg
3/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
white pepper salt
2 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp.. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
oil to sauté cakes
Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Form 4-6 patties- dredge cakes in breadcrumbs
In a saute pan heat olive oil. Saute cakes until golden browned
