"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, room temp (1/2 cup)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 King-size Hershey chocolate bars (or similar amount of smaller size)
1 large egg
1 - 7 oz jar marshmallow crème/fluff
1 t. vanilla
1 1/3 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease an 8" square baking pan ( I line with foil for easy removal and cutting). Use an electric mixer to cream together butter ad sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Set aside. Meanwhile, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add flour mixture to the creamed butter mixture until combined.

Divide dough in half and press half of dough into an even layer on the bottom of the prepared pan. Press the remaining dough between two pieces of wax paper to as close to the size of the pan as possible and place in frig to chill until ready to place. Place chocolate bars over dough, breaking and maneuvering to cover as completely as possible, but try to keep the pieces as large as possible to make the next step easier. Spread the chocolate with marshmallow crème, placing blobs of it on the chocolate then spreading around as carefully as possible.

Place remaining chilled dough in a single layer on top of the fluff, pressing around to reach edges and cover the fluff completely. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until lightly browned. Be sure to cool in pan completely before removing to cut into bars (the chocolate and marshmallow tend to stay soft for a while - still taste good a little warm but very messy!). I find a large sharp pizza cutting wheel worked well. Makes 16 - 2"x2" squares. These are pretty rich so may even try to cut 1"x2"!
