1 cup sifted cake flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup cold coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
10X confectioners sugar

Coffee Cream Filling
2 tsp. instant coffee powder
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sifted 10X sugar

Chocolate Satin Frosting
1pkg. semisweet chocolate pieces
1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
1 cup butter softened
3/4 cup light corn syrup
4 egg yolks

shaved chocolate curls

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF, Grease a 15/10/1" jelly roll pan,line with wax paper.
Sift flour ,cocoa, baking powder and salt into a fresh piece of waxed paper. Beat eggs in medium bowl with electric mixer until thick and creamy. Gradually add sugar,beating constantly until mixture is very thick. Stir in coffee and vanilla. Fold in flour mixture and spread batter evenly over prepapred pan. Bake in 375ºF oven for 12 minutes or until center springs back when touched.

Coffee Cream Filling
DIsolve coffee in small amount of the cream. Combine with the remaining cream and the sugar in small bowl. Beat until mixture is stiff. Spread over cooled cake layer. Chill.

Chocolate Satin Frosting
Melt chocolate with coffee over hot, not boiling water. Cool. Beat butter in small mixing bowl with electric mixer;stir in cooled chocolate mixture. Bring corn syrup to a boil in small saucepan;Continue heating about 2 min. or until syrup spins a 2" thread as it flows off spoon when you hold spoon over the saucepan.
Beat egg yolks until thick;gradually add corn syrup ,mixing constantly. Cool.
Combine cooled chocolate and egg mixture, beat well. Chill, if necessary,until thick enough to spread.
Spread over cooled cake. Decorate with shaved chocolate.(optional)

Had to break out the magnifying glass for this one...the recipe was in such bad condition. The ditto machine must have been low on ink that day! Looks like my handwriting. Hard to believe the word "Mocha: is not included in recipe title as this contains coffee all the way through.
