8 cl boccoli florets ( 2 lg. heads)
1 lb. peeled shrimp
good olive oil
1 lb. spaghetti
8 lg. garlic cloves, cut into thin silvers
1/2 tea. crushed pepper flakes
1/2/ c. fresh minced parsley (can use dried)
1 c. freshly graated parmesan cheese + extra for serving

Oven @ 400o. Combine broccoli, oil, S&P on sheet. Spread and roast for 5 min. Add shrimp, toss well L& spread in 1 layer. Roast for 8--10 min or until cooked.
Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water. Set aside 1-1/2 c, cooking water before draining. Heat 1/3 c. olive oil in large enough pan to hold pasta...add the garlic and cook for 1-2 min until golden. Add the pepper flake and cook a bit more.Carefully add the reserved path water to garlic & oil. Add salt & lower heat & reduce by 1/3. Add the drained pasta to garlic oil & toss. Off of the heat add shrimp, cheese & parley and toss for 5 min for sauce to be absorbed. Taste for seasoning.
