3 cups cooked chicken cut in bite size pieces
2 cups cheddar cheese (or any other cheese you prefer)
12 corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 four ounce can green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, heat approximately 3 tablespoons of oil. Heat tortillas one by one on both sides and set aside on paper towels to drain. Purpose of dipping in oil is just to often them. When tortillas are cool enough to handle, fill with some chicken and cheese and roll them. Place seam side down in a casserole dish. Twelve enchiladas should fit in a 9 X 13 dish.

In a blender, combine soup, sour cream and green chiles and puree, will only take a few seconds. Pour this sauce over enchiladas, sprinkle with more cheese and cook at 350 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
