2 c. flour
2 egg yolks, beaten
3 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
4 T. melted butter
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together in mixing bowl. Beat egg yolks, add to milk and beat. Add to flour mixture slowly. Beat until smooth. Add melted butter and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into hot waffle iron and cook according to your wafflers directions.

These are light and fluffy waffles and don't stick as much as a mix.
