1 1/4 lbs. ground chicken
1 egg
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup scallions finely sliced
1 lg. bottle Frank's Buffalo Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

In large bowl combine, ground chicken, egg breadcrumbs, salt, onion powder, and 1/3 of the scallions. Mix well and roll into 1-1 1/2 inch meatballs. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake meatballs just until the outsides are firmed up (about 5 minutes).

Transfer into a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover with Buffalo sauce. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.

Serve with blue cheese sauce for dipping, if desired, and garnish with remaining scallions.
