4 1/2 Tbsp chopped peppers
4 1/2 Tbsp chopped onions
2 Tbsp Butter
1 stalk celery chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 3/4 cups water
1 1/2 tsp chicken base
3 1/2 tsp Flour
1 tsp Parsley
1 Cup Cheddar cheese
1 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare all the vegetables (chopped up small)
In non stick pan, heat pan over medium heat. Add butter.
Saute the peppers and onion until tender, but not brown.
In large saucepan, combine water and chicken base.
Add vegetables to the saucepan.
Simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.
Combine flour and milk, stir until smooth.
Slowly add milk to the vegetables, stir gently but constantly.
Heat through.
Just before serving, add cheese and parsley to the soup.
Serve. Enjoy.
