1/2 lb. bulk Italian Sausage
1 (8 oz.) package low-fat cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 cup guacamole
1 cup salsa
1 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 (2 oz.) can sliced black olives
Tortilla chips for serving

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown sausage and drain. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and taco seasoning. Spread evenly onto bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over the top.

Top with guacamole, salsa, lettuce, cheese, green onions and olives in layers.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.

I got this recipe from a friend whose son played football at YSU. She served this at her tailgate parties before each game and it became known as YSU's Football Dip. I loved the taste and so I asked her for the recipe...for this cookbook.
