1 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt.
Beat eggs, add milk and oil.
Add sifted dry ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full.
Bake in hot oven 450º for 20 min then reduce to 350º for 15 min.

Serve with butter or gravy.
