1 lb. smoked ham
1 1/2 lb. fresh pork
The butcher will blend these for to to create ham loaf.

1 c. bread crumbs ( about 1 1/2 c. if bread crumbs are very fine)
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. diluted vinegar ( 1/2 c vinegar and 1 Tbs water)

Directions:
Directions:
Have ham and pork ground together.
Combine with bread crumbs and moisten with milk and eggs. Shape into a loaf in a pan.
Make sauce of brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Pour over loaf and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
Baste frequently with sauce.
