6 oz wide egg noodles
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
3-4 tablespoons butter
2 (6 oz) tuna, well drained
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup vitamin D milk
½ cup sour cream
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 ½ cups cheese, shredded
salt and pepper
½ tsp dried dill
25-30 Ritz crackers, coarsely crumbled
¼ cup melted butter, for drizzling
paprika

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

Cook egg noodles until firm-tender; drain.
Sauté onions with celery and garlic in butter until soft.
Combine cooked noodles, sautéed veggies, cheese, tuna, milk, peas, mushroom soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Transfer the mixture into the baking dish.
Sprinkle the cracker crumbs over the mixture
Drizzle the melted butter over the crumbs, then sprinkle lightly with paprika
Bake about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is browned and the casserole is bubbly
