2 lbs. cooked spaghetti
1 lb. Hamburg
1 lg. can whole peeled tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato paste
1/4 cup red cooking wine
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste

Brown Hamburg in large sauce pan. Drain Hamburg. Puree whole peeled tomatoes in a blender and add to Hamburg along with remaining ingredients. Mix well and cook over medium heat until it begins to bubble. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 1 hour. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
