Ingredients:
1 Cup Butter, melted

1cup sugar

2 eggs

1 cup potato starch

1 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup water

2 tsp ground cardamom

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk sugar, butter and eggs. Fold in remaining ingredients. Let sit for about 1/2 hour.

Pour onto a hot Krumkaker Iron and cook until light golden brown. Immediately roll around the cone shaped stick.

Cool and store in a tightly covered container.

When ready to eat I like to fill them with whipped cream mixed with seedless raspberry jam.

I have also made these in the little heart shaped waffle iron. Very good either way!
