4 cup sugar
1/2 cup pickling salt
4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp mustard seed
1 tbsp celery seed
dash of tumeric
Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of ice cream pail with dill, then a layer of sliced onions. Fill with sliced cucumbers.
Mix all ingredients together and heat but do not boil, pour over cucumber and put plate on top. Put lid on pail and store in fridge. Can be used right away
