2 C Elbow Mac
2 T butter
2 T flour
2 C milk
2 C sharp cheddar cheese, more if you like
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Mac in unsalted water as directed on box, drain and rinse under cold water. Melt butter in pan and add flour until smooth, gradually add milk, then add salt, pepper, paprika, egg mix and some of the cheese. Stir till it starts to thicken. Spray pam in 9x13 casserole dish, put Mac in dish, pour mixture over it and top with cheese to cover.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees. I like it crisp around the edges.
