1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbs. corn starch
1/4 tsp. salt
1- 8 oz can crushed pineapple (with syrup)
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt in small saucepan.
Stir in pineapple, lemon juice, and mustard over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils.
Boil and stir for one minute.
Makes 1 3/4 c.
This is a wonderful glaze to spread on ham while baking.
