1 lb. crab meat
2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbs mustard
1/2 c. mayonaise
1 Tbs. relish
salt and pepper
2 hard boiled eggs

*flour for rolling crab cakes in. *egg for dipping crab cakes in
*bread crumbs to roll crab cakes in

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together.
Form into crab cakes.

Roll cakes into flour.
Then dip cakes into egg batter.
Then roll cakes in bread crumbs.

Saute in oil in frying pan until browned.
