STEP ONE
Butter a 9” by 13” cake pan.
Add 1 cup of coconut and 1 cup of chopped pecans evenly as your first layer.

STEP TWO
Mix a devil foods chocolate cake as directed on the cake box.
Carefully pour evenly over your first layer.

STEP THREE
On low heat, melt together 1 stick of butter and 8 ounces of cream cheese.
Add 1 (16 ounce) box of confectioners sugar
Beat together until smooth.
Pour carefully over the second layer.

Bake at 350 degrees for around 45 minutes.

Best when served warm.
